About the Studio

I grew up dancing in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Ever since I can remember dance has been a part of my life. I was never happier than when I was in the dance studio. I would spend hours a day, 6 days a week at the studio, and it never felt like a chore. I am so excited to bring my love for dance to future dancers and families!

Kinetic Arts Dance Studio is dedicated to training and educating dancers. We want dancers to learn and be challenged, but also want them to be in a positive environment filled with fun and friendship as well. We want all our dancers to feel like they are at home in the studio, and want KADS to be a place where everyone is welcome!

While a major focus of our studio will be Russian Classical Ballet training, I also want families to feel like the studio can grow with them, so as our needs change, there will always be room for more at the studio!

Whether you're new to dance, or have been dancing for a long time, we cannot wait to welcome you to the studio!

2025 Summer Dance!

Session Dates:

First Day of Summer Dance: Monday June 16th

Mid Summer Break (no dance) - June 30-July 6th

Last day of Summer Dance: Thursday August 21st

Classical Ballet Program

Dancers will be trained in the Russian (Vaganova) Classical Ballet Method. Levels are based on age and skill level. Classes are available for ages 3-18!! Questions? Email us! office@kineticartsdancestudio.com

Recreational Dance Program

Dancers looking for a weekly class can check out our Recreational Dance program!! Classes are available for dancers ages 7 - 18! We offer a variety of styles, jazz, tap, pom and lyrical! Questions? Email us! office@kineticartsdancestudio.com

Petit Dance

Do you have a tiny dancer that's ready to start classes? Our Petit Dance program is designed for dancers ages 3-6! Bring them in and we will share the love and joy of dance with them! We offer a variety of styles, ballet, tap, pom and hiphop! Questions? Email us! office@kineticartsdancestudio.com!

Birthday Parties!

Looking for a fun, affordable space to host your child's next birthday party?! At Kinetic Arts Dance Studio we have an open concept studio space that is perfect for the fun, games and activities of a birthday party!

Your child and their friends will get to participate in a birthday themed dance lesson and then will end the party with presents and/or cake!

Want us to help choose a theme? No problem! We can help create the perfect setting for the day! Looking for some help with decorations? We can provide you with some basic decor as needed!

Pricing (includes 30 minutes of set up time, 1 hour dance lesson, 30 minutes presents/cake time):

$150 - you provide your own decor/set up

$200 - we provide some basic decor/set up

Class Info and Expectations

Attire

Ballet

All dancers are required to wear a leotard, pink tights and ballet shoes. *Ballet skirt optional*. Hair should be pulled back in a clean, neat bun.

Beginning Ballet - any color leotard

Level 1 Ballet - Pink Leotard

Level 2 Ballet - Purple Leotard

Level 3 Ballet - Blue Leotard

Level 4 Ballet - Black Leotard

Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Pom, Hip Hop

Dancers are welcome to wear any appropriate clothing to move in. Can include: leotard, leggings, shorts, t-shirt, tank top, tights, etc. Hair is required to be pulled back in a ponytail/bun.

Appropriate shoes required for each style:

Tap - black or tan tap shoes

Jazz/Pom - black or tan jazz shoes

Lyrical - can use jazz shoes, lyrical shoes or turners

Hip Hop - can use jazz shoes, or clean tennis shoes

Class Expectations

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes early to class.
Lockers are provided so dancers are welcome to bring bags, backpacks, water bottles
If your dancer will be late or absent please email office@kineticartsdancestudio.com to let us know!
The studio space is open concept, so we do ask that parents do not sit in the lobby during class time so we can eliminate distractions.
On the last day of our summer session, parents will be invited to class for the last 10 minutes and dancers will share a short routine!

Private Lessons

Interested in Private Lessons? Email office@kineticartsdancestudio.com to decide what's right for you! Private Lessons can be used for technique, choreography, competition prep, etc! 30 minute or 1 hour options are available!
